Vendors who wish to distribute the FileCompressPro shareware
package, including an extract from the license agreement and
suggested program descriptions and keywords.

The following paragraph is an extract from the license agreement
regarding the distribution of the Shareware version of
FileCompressPro:

    You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting
    donations, for any such copies, however made; and from
    distributing the software and/or documentation with other
    products (commercial or otherwise) without prior written
    permission, with one exception:
--> Disk Vendors approved by the Association of Shareware
--> Professionals are permitted to redistribute FCPro, subject

                         Suggested Description

FileCompressPro brings the convenience of Windows to the use of
ZIP files. In version 2.5 is PKZIP-compatible and PKUNZIP-
compatible built-in zipping and unzipping, so PKZIP and PKUNZIP
is not needed for basic archive operations.  FCPro features a
powerful yet intuitive point-and-click drag-and-drop interface
for viewing, running, extracting, adding, deleting, and testing
files in ZIP files and self-extracting ZIP files. FCPro also
features ZIPPLUS which allows the user to create a self-
extracting ZIP file that can be extracted in Windows and DOS
without needing an UNZIP utility.

                           Other Information

Requirements:  Windows 3.1 or Windows for Workgroups.  No other
               programs are required for basic ZIP operations.

Registration:  $59.95 for the Standard Edition and $99.95 for
               the Professional Edition (not including S/H) to
               receive disk professionally packaged with a pro-
               fessionally designed manual, more detailed on-
               line help, FREE technical support, and added
